What is code 1589 stand for?

Is it not so that there is an error with the signal? You checked this first? Does the Rav4 uses the abs sensors for this or is it a separate sensor? Since it comes back after start driving, something seems to be in error (signal or technical)

  It is a code for the acceleration sensor, which should be reset / relearned.  But also I found a description which fits the bill as well "TCU unable to control Desired Throttle Angle" ...

Do you have a "deceleration Sensor Zero Point Calibration" function? If so, please do relearn this value after doing a reset of the memory (KAM) of ECT and Engine system. Car has to be horizontal and non moving, as well as not vibrating. If throttle body can be relearned separately that would be a good idea as well.

If you cannot figure it out or it won't work, I do advice to send a datalog to Autel. Record by pen sign right top of MaxiSys and stop recording after you went through all processes which will show Autel what you mean. Then send it from the data management when connected to internet. You can add extra info if you wish in a text screen.
